Janet Sands, age 48 of Topeka, passed away Monday, September 6, 2010 in Topeka. She was born August 23, 1962 to Dorothy (Hite) and Harley Sands. They preceded her in death. Janet is survived by her son, Dalton Sands and sisters, JimNancy Wells, Loretta Tindell and Dianne Sands and her husband Tac, all of Topeka, and 6 nieces and nephews. Janet was a very kind and giving person. Her hobbies included gardening, bird watching, and working on home improvements. She was an avid pool player and bike rider. She loved playing ultimate Frisbee and Frisbee golf. Janet graduated from T-MAP in October 2009. A memorial service will be held Saturday, September 11 at 1 P.M. at Northland Christian Church.
